All clearance products sales are FINAL. We are unable to offer returns, refunds or replacements on clearance products, other than strictly for the reasons below:
1) Clearance product is damaged-- provided you notify us within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product.
2) Clearance product is lost in transit-- provided you notify us within (10) business days of the anticipated delivery date of the product.
3) Clearance product received is not the product you ordered-- provided you notify us within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product.
To request a return, refund or replacement for the reasons noted above, please contact our Customer Support team, within the stated timeframe, at https://support.ubi.com. They will review to determine if a refund or a replacement product may be offered (all decisions will be made at our sole and absolute discretion).
